Customers may cancel an event, party or order up to 30 days prior to event date without penalty. Cancellations 29 - 16 days prior to the event date will result in a fee of 25% of the total cost of the agreement. Cancellations 15 - 3 days prior to the event date will result in a fee of 50% of the total cost of the agreement. Cancellations 72 hours or less will result in a fee of the total cost of the agreement.
